What does every status mean?

Uploadé sur le système => We have deposited your order for shipping

Validé => Your Order Has been validated by the shipping company

Enlevé par le livreur => Your order is on it’s way

En livraison => You order is about to be delivered to you

Tentative de livraison => The shipping company tried to contact you and failed, You will be contacted for 3 days before your order is canceled.

Suspendu => You order has been canceled and is going to be returned, contact us if you want to extend for an extra day!

Retour En transit => You order is being returned to us 🙁

Keep Your Phone On!

You will be contacted by the shipping company few days after your order has been shipped! keep your phone on to not miss the delivery.
If you chose “delivery to NOEST Office” you will be contacted by the office once your order is ready to picked up.
